It also incorporates a 10/100BaseTX WAN port with RJ45 connector, allowing the router to operate over this WAN interface with backup over the 3G network in case of a power failure. It has dual SIM and can use the second operator as a backup copy of the first in case of reaching a certain data volume, loss of signal or poor coverage.

The router has a VPN client (IPsec, GRE, OpenVPN, L2TP and PPTP) that allows secure end-to-end connections, port forwarding, firewall and integrated dynDNS client. HotSpot with local and remote authentication, VRRP, OSPF, etc. Possibility of remote reset via SMS.

The router also has a port that can be configured as RS232 through a DB9 connector or as 2-wire RS485 or 4-wire RS422 with adjustable termination impedance. This port can function as a console, as a TCP server or client, as a UDP transport, as a modem emulation, and even as a MODBUS TCP gateway.

Likewise, the router has an internal GPS capable of sending the device's coordinates through the data connection to a central server (a protocol compatible with the rest of Teltonika's locators). We can also see the exact GPS position through the router's own web server.

Finally, the router has 2 digital inputs (one optoisolated), a digital output and a relay through a terminal connector. The router allows you to create a series of rules to treat these inputs and outputs, and can, among others, carry out the following operations:

-Send an SMS or email upon a level change in a digital input

-Actuate an output or relay when the level changes in a digital input

-Activate an output or relay manually or timed

The router is delivered with two 5dBi WiFi antennas, two 3dBi GSM antennas and an adhesive GPS antenna, UTP Ethernet cable and 200Vac external power supply.
